The upstairs hall Mondays to Saturdays (and downstairs bar on Saturdays only), are available for hire on request, subject to availability.
Up to 100 guests £300 + £50 returnable deposit
For 101 - 150 guests £370 + £50 returnable deposit
For 151 - 200 guests £450 + £50 returnable deposit
Charges for hiring the facilities are dependent on the expected number of people attending, the number of staff required to support the function, overheads and your other requirements, all of which will be discussed and confirmed with the Club Steward, Somsri Parker. Current charges for fully staffed and serviced facilities vary between £300 (maximum 100 people) and £450 (maximum 200 people) depending on your specific requirements and as agreed with the Club Steward prior to hire.
The Bramwell Lounge can be used for meetings and can accomodate up to 50 people.
For individual members, University Societies and University Unions there is no charge between 12.00 and 2.30pm Monday to Friday, at any other time the cost will be £20 per hour.
Departments and Faculties the cost of hire is £20 per hour.
Non-members can hire the Bramwell Lounge at a cost of £20 per hour.
For retired members no charge at the discretion of the Club Steward.
